Dewan Motors, in collaboration with Eco-Green Motors Limited, has launched its first small electric vehicle (EV), the Honri Ve, in Pakistan. The unveiling event took place in Karachi, with top management from the company in attendance. Here are the specs and features of this new entrant in the local market.
Dimensions
The Honri Ve EV measures 3517mm in length, 1495mm in width, and 1660mm in height, with a 2495mm wheelbase and 130mm ground clearance.
Performance
According to the company, the Honri Ve is equipped with a Ternary Lithium Battery and a Permanent Synchronous Motor, producing a maximum power of 30Kw and 84Nm of torque, with a top speed of 100km/h. The car has a charging time of seven hours and offers a range of 200 kilometers per charge. Additionally, it features Economy and Sports driving modes and a regenerative braking system.
Exterior
The EV is equipped with front disc brakes and rear drum brakes, 155/65/R15 tires with alloy rims, a rear spoiler, and halogen height-adjustable front headlamps. It also includes dual-tone side view mirrors with indicators, a chrome and black front grille, and daytime running lights (DRLs).
Interior
Key interior features include electric power steering, a knob-type transmission, 4-way seat adjustment for both the driver and passenger, a rearview camera, front and rear electric windows, rear seat folding, a 5-inch color instrument cluster, and a 10.25-inch infotainment screen with an Android system and a 220V AC charging gun.
Safety & Convenience
The Honri Ve comes with an Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), a driver-only SRS airbag, a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), an ISOFIX child seat interface, a low-speed pedestrian warning, automatic locking while driving, automatic unlocking after a collision, and rear parking sensors.
This new EV is an exciting addition to the local market, especially under the reputable Dewan Motors brand in Pakistan.
